ARARAT KIDS CAMP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS 2019
Date: June 17-August 16
1. What is the age group?
Ages 5 to 13, which during activities will be divided into 3 or 4 different age groups based on age.
2. What is the price?
$260 for the full week. The fee includes morning snack, hot lunch, afternoon snack.
Field trips will be $15 extra per child.
Second child 10% discount. Members with fully paid membership 10% discount. It will be $234 for the full week.
Program is 9:30-3:30. Extended care is available from 8:00 – 5:00 free of charge.
If you want to bring your child earlier, please talk to Melineh.
3. Do you take part time?
Yes, 2 days a week is $160, 3 days a week is $210
Second child and members get a 10% discount. It will be $144 2 days, $189 3 days.
4. What is the program?
The program is based on 8 weekly themes. Most of the activities and field trips are programmed according to the theme of the week. We have sports, arts and crafts, computer, reading, gymnastics, math, cooking, educational program, water games…
5. What is the ratio?
The ratio is 1 counselor for every 8 kids, and 1 counselor to 5 kids on field trips
6. What is the means of transportation?
We use a school bus company for the transportation of the kids to the field trip location. On the days that we are at Montrose Park, we ask that parents drop off the kids at the park and pick them up from the same location.
7. What are the field trips and lunch menu?
Once the child is signed up, you will be emailed a general parent letter with information about all the field trips and daily meals (you can always send extra snacks if your child does not like our food)
