For the past year and half a group of dedicated scouts and leaders with Yeghbair Arick Gevorkian's leadership had been working to publish the first ever "scout song" CD album. An unprecedented effort to archive, record and preserve the very songs and tunes that most of us grew up with. Homenetmen Glendale Ararat Chapter scouts are proud to announce that the scout song CD is ready to be distributed. The title of the CD is "Campfire Memories". It contains 17 songs and gancher from the old and current favorites. This is a milestone in scouting life that would be preserved, cherished and passed on for many years. We are sure that with these melodies many of our sweet past memories will surface and would take us back to our years as scouts and the friendships that evolved from those days and years. The debut of the "Campfire Memories" CD at 7 pm, Friday December 6 , 2002 at Chapter's center at "3347 San Fernando Rd., Los Angeles, CA."
